The design of scale body of belt scale should meet the following requirements:

1、The scale body of belt scale consists of the fixed scale aircraft and the activity scale frame two parts,the fixed scale aircraft is connected with the ground,the activity scale frame is contacted with the belt by its own drag stick;

2、The fixed scale aircraft and the activity scale frame of belt scale is flexibly connection with several sensors,the force of each sensor should be evenly balanced;

3、The scale body of belt scale should have no deformation,anti vibration,anti rust and other functions to ensure the measurement accuracy and the using life;

4、The activity scale frame of belt scale should use the special method which do not affect the vertical force to fix,in order to ensure that when belt scale is running,the activity scale frame will not shake around.
