Belt scale is a weighing device,which is different from the previous weighing device,belt scale can weigh very big items,for example,large stones,and also can weigh small items,such as:small sands.Below we introduce the repairing methods of belt scale in different conditions.

1、The linear difference of the measurement system.

You can check the characteristics of the sensor,whether it is damaged due to overloading or improper use conditions.

2、When zeroing an empty belt,instantaneous table indicates fluctuations.

It may be caused by fluctuations of the belt itself,generally it requires to control within +-5%,too much will affect on the measurement accuracy.

3、After the change of components,belt scale can not reach the using precision.

After the change of components,it should be re calibrated with the belt scale.

4、The change of dynamic zero is large daily.

It may be the problem of the belt,and also may be in the calibration,pre-time of the sensor is not enough.In general it should do dynamic zero test after belt scale has run for 15min.

5、Dynamic zero changes greatly after the delivery of materials.

Probably the soft and hard of the belt changes when the belt is in the delivery of materials,the make the tension of the belt change.It could set dynamic zero in the middle of two zeros value before and after the delivery of materials.

6、The measuring system of belt scale is working properly,but the measurement precision is low.

It may be that the instrument is not allowed when the calibration.The instrument for calibration should be checked before the calibration,to meet the standard then can be used.
