1、Test whether the belt of belt scale is stretched regularly every month,and make adjustment timely;

3、It needs to check the fit of the drive sprocket and chain of belt scale every half a month or a month,and make adjustment timely,then add the oil to the chain to reduce friction;

4、the field staff must discover and solve the fault of the conveyor belt to ensure the normal operation of belt scale;

5、Start and stop the belt of belt scale should be under no-load conditions;
