Belt scale is matched with the belt conveyor at the scene to use,and installed below the belt conveyor,only do continuous dynamic measurement,without feeding control;and is mainly used to measure large heavy solid materials,then what factors to consider when installing belt scale?

一、First, belt scale should avoid outdoor installation,there must be waterproof,windproof shed and other facilities;wind,rain,snow,sun and so on all have great influence on the weighing process of belt scale.

1、The wind will generate lift on the belt.The effect of the weighing results is related to the curved shape of the belt,and is proportional to the wind direction and wind speed.

2、the rain will not only increase the weight of the materials,but also infiltrate into the belt and increase its own weight,then increase the zero and affect the weighing result.

二、Second,it should avoid the interfering of vibration source,corrosive gases,strong magnetic fields and large electrical and mechanical equipments,and separate the belt conveyor from the vibrating hopper to avoid the effects of vibration signal to the weighing signal.

三、Third,it should avoid the position where the belt tension changes larger.The belt tension will have large effect on the scale body,it's better to install the scale rack near the conveyor tail position,and weighing supporting roller should be installed in the distance from the loading point 9 meters outside the position;in addition,the rear baffle plate shall not be less than 5 roller spacing,in order to reduce the friction effect between the belt and the pour plate.

四、Finally,it should avoid with concave or convex curve distance. 

It must consider many factors during the process of installing bellt scale,such as weather、magnetic interference,etc,so when installing belt scale,it need to consider the effect of environmental factors on materials and equipment.
