During the process of installing,adjustable people often encounter many previously unseen phenomenas,at this time it requires technicians to clarify ideas first,and find the reasons as soon as possible,so the extensive field experience is particularly important.

The main reasons why belt scale instrument does not show the weighing signals are the following points:

Firstly,the weighing sensor is damaged.During the process of installing,it should avoid barbaric operation to prevent the sensor from being damaged by external forces,after installing the sensor,try not to do welding operation in the body of belt scale,if the welding operation nust be done,it should try not to let the current through the sensor.If the sensor is damaged,then it can be confirmed by the following methods:

1、measuring the resistance value:between ± EX around (780) ± 5Ω,between about ± Si (700) ± 2Ω.

2、measuring the voltage value: ±Si is generally between 0~25 mV,after electrifying,the empty scale is generally 0-5mV.

3、measuring the insulation performance of the sensor:set the digital multimeter on 20MΩ file, stick one end on the table or shielded enclosure line,the other end on either one between {± EXC, ± SI},if the multimeter displays 1,then the insulation resistance infinity,and the sensor is good,otherwise it is bad.

Secondly,the fault of the wiring.Check the firmness of the wiring and see whether the thread falls off,whether the thread reverses,if the positive and negative signals will appear reversed the phenomenon does not show the weighing signal.

Thirdly,the fault of the instrument.The instrument will be damaged because of the irresponsible logistics company and the barbaric operation during transportation.

In short,it must calm down first when appearing the problems at the scene,then analyse the problems from the principle,and solve the problems with the extensive field experience.
