Belt scale is a kind of mechanical device,but why should we maintain it?Whatever the device,as long as we can use,all the equipment and items we need should be careful maintenance,for belt scale is also no more exception,and the maintenance work is an important work,because belt scale is mainly used to measure,therefore,the measurement accuracy of belt scale must be precise,in order to ensure that belt scale can run under bad working conditions to get high precision measurement accuracy,so we need to make timely maintenance work.Then,in the maintenance process of belt scale,we need to pay special attention to the following two points:

1、Avoid do welding work on the scale body after installing the sensor on the scale body,avoid damage the sensor in the welding process,in exceptional circumstances,you should disconnect the power,then lead the grounding wire to the scale body,and do not let the current loop through the sensor.

2、The belt conveyor is connected with belt scale roller,in order to reduce the damage of the belt cause by friction,it needs to ensure the movement flexibility,radial runout degree of the roller,which all will affect the measurement accuracy of belt scale.Under normal circumstances,it needs to lubricate belt scale roller once or twice every year,and after the roller lubrication,it may change the tare and calibration section,so we need to re-calibrate the zero of belt scale.

The above two points,we need to strengthen attention in the process of maintaining belt scale,to ensure that belt scale not only can operate normally,but also the accuracy is more accurate.
