1、Check whether the auto-zeroing device is normal,if the auto-zeroing error is large or can not be adjusted directly to zero,it will also affect the measurement of belt scale;

2、Check the distance between the correcting roller of belt scale and the weighing bridge,if the distance is large,it is the reason that affect the inaccurate measurement of belt scale,at this time,we need to adjust the distance between the correcting roller of belt scale and the weighing bridge within the normal range;

3、Measure whether the grounding resistance is 30 ohms,if it is not,it shows that the grounding of belt scale is bad,and the output signal of the sensor is weak,then it will lead to the deviation of belt scale pointer,if it needs to assure the measurement accuracy of belt scale,we need to keep the grounding signal normal;

4、Check whether belt scale is installed in accordance with the requirements or not securely installed,all these will affect the inaccurate measurement of belt scale,because in the process of belt scale running through the instrument and calculating,the fibrillation will affect the weighing sensor output of belt scale,resulting in the inaccurate measurement;at this time we need to check the installation of belt scale,and whether the weighing sensor is working properly.
