Mechanical equipment cannot be installed just anywhere after completed production,and there are some certain requirements,such as metering equipment belt scale,when belt scale manufacturer ship the equipment to the customer site,not arbitrarily install belt scale in a certain point of the belt conveyor,but there are strict requirements:

1、the deviation and slip of the belt:it should try to ensure that the belt do not deviate and slip,and avoid affecting the measurement accuracy;

2、the belt joints and tensioning device:the belt joints should be connected with adhesive,amd avoid using the metal clips or other hard connection methods;

3、the conveyor with concavo convex curved section,the scale aircraft should be installed at least 12m from the concavo convex point,and ensure that the belt and the weighing roller full contact,and should not have the belt beating phenomenon when starting;

4、the belt loading:although the flow of belt scale at 20% to 100% is applicable,but actually want to load as evenly as possible,in order to reduce the feeding fluctuation,can install guide material adjustment in the outlet,so that it can even cutting;

5、the tension:install the scale frame on the part of where the change of the conveyor tension is smallest,it usually mounted on the conveyor scales near the tail of the place,but it must ensure that the unloader does not affect the scale aircraft in the discharge process.
