Belt scale should meet certain space requirements when installing,to adapt the space reserved for the proper maintenance and repair,in order to the later operation.What are the specific requirements of belt scale?To have a look at below.

1、The feeding section longitudinal center of belt scale should coincide with bunker feeding material flow center line,the stream of natural accumulation should be evenly distributed on both sides of feeding section centerline of belt scale and press material flow direction away from the subject before and after the feed section 5cm distance along each holding,material flow stack height does not diffuse material.

2、When using the disc feeding mode,the disc discharging gap is not more than 200mm,while the disc should not contact with any part of the scale body.When belt scale does not use material receiving equipment,it should make simple material receiving chute on-site.

3、Belt scale away from the main belt scale is not less than 300mm,and install conveying chute to ensure uniform distribution of material flow in the main belt center.

4、When using the drag feeding mode,the cutting nozzle should not contact with the belt,the lower end of the belt retained 5mm or 2~3 times the normal material diameter distance.At the same time the natural edge packing material from the belt edge on both sides of a distance of less than 3cm.
