Belt scale is just a metering device,therefore,the measurement accuracy is good or bad is particularly important,but after use for a long time,the belt scale equipment will occur that the phenomenon of the measuring error is large.The error of belt scale is large,in fact it is caused by a variety of reasons,because the work environment of belt scale is bad,and is also affected by the external environment;and is also related to the product development,the maintenance and so on.

If belt scale occur the instability phenomenon at work,the measurement error is large,and is mainly in the following aspects:

1、The error is large each time when testing belt scale,it needs repeatedly calibration;

2、Although several calibration,belt scale operates instability after calibration,and it needs calibration once a week;

3、When running belt scale with no-load,instantaneous flow is not zero,and there is large deviation;

4、During operation,when the feeding amount has no significant change,in the instantaneous flow totalizer display data is very unstable,cumulative flow is significantly larger.
