Keep belt scale clean is primary,because some impurities or dust once through the air inlet into belt scale would be fatal.Most parts of belt scale are very precise,and if there are impurities enter,the friction will occur,or even damage,or stick belt scale in operation,all these are likely to occur.So we should always keep the surface of belt scale clean,and clean the workplace after use.

 

The maintenance and cleaning methods used are as follows:

 

1、Check the weighing sensor of belt scale regularly;

 

2、Lubricate the roller regularly;

 

3、After the overhaul,it needs the calibration work,and re-check the zero;

 

4、It needs to clean the materials on belt scale in time,and keep the equipment clean;

 

5、Inspect whether all the parts are solid regularly;

 

6、Keep the inside of the instrument clean;

 

7、After the shutdown,it needs to disconnect the power supply.
