The Reasons For The Belt Scale To Be Periodic Calibrated

Since many factors affect the 0:00 interval,making the belt weigh scale 0:00 and interval drift occurs in varying degrees,so it should be regularly calibrated,the cycle of calibration should be based on the different site requirements.Recommends to calibrate a zero once a day and adjust interval once a month during the initial installation.Debug cycle depends on their specific results and extended debugging.


1、 the reasons for the interval drift
① the belt tension of conveyor changes
② drum speed sliding or the diameter of it changes
③ the speed of belt changes
④ weighing sensor severely overloads
⑤ the failure of electronic components


2、 the reasons for zero drift

① accumulation of materials dust on the weighing bridge
② stones or foreign objects stuck within the weighing bridge
③ conveyor belts stick materials
④ as the temperature characteristics of the materials ,the elongation of the belt conveyor
⑤ weighing sensor severely overloads
⑥ the failure of electronic components
⑦ severe deformation of scale aircraft
