The belt length and speed when calibrating belt scale:

Make a mark on the belt as a starting point,and then piecewise continuous steel tape measure to mark the starting point of the ending,this measurement method can be accurate to ± 0.3m.


( 1 ) test length (Lt) = test turns (N) × test time (Ts)
       belt speed (V) = test length (Lt) / Test time (Ts) = m / s
( 2 ) To determine test laps (N) and test time (Ts) : make a mark on the belt conveyor frame and belt,then start conveyor belt scale,when the mark on the belt coincides with that on the frame,press the stopwatch,when the belt runs full circle more than three times,the two marks coincide again,stop the seconds,then the test is the number of turns full test lap and the required test time.If the test lap N = 3,the test time Ts = 180s.
