The standard requirements of belt weigh scale in the electrical wiring requirements:

The signal line of weighing sensor and displacement sensor should be used shielded wire which is more than 1.0m square meters,the electrical wiring of belt scale must not use ordinary copper wire,shielded wire use wear metal protection tube unit or the metal bridge laying as far as possible,the signal shielding wire shield of weighing sensor and displacement sensor should be single-grounded,such as receiving instrument enclosure or receiving sensor power ground,if multi-block is installed together,then the same voltage level,the same type of wiring can be wired together.

The signal cable and power cord,switch input and output lines of different voltage levels should be laid separately,try to stay away from.

Before using the belt weigher,please read the instructions carefully.In some relatively open space to install belt scale is likely to suffer lightning damage.The lightning process will cause the strong change of electromagnetic field within the region's atmosphere,the performance is the following physical phenomena:

1. Electromagnetic Induction.When lightning phenomenon happens,the rapid changes of electric current around the magnetic field forms electromagnetic radiation.

2. Direct Lightning.Direct lightning strike on a building,resulting in electrical effects,thermal effects and mechanical forces.

3. Lightning Induction.Lightning phenomena can cause the changes in the ground electrostatic field,making physical contact with live conductors objects produce extremely high potentials induced charge.

As the nature of work of belt scale is weak electronic low voltage situation,its surroundings should be prohibited strong electric field,magnetic field.So these physical phenomena caused by lightning is devastated on belt scale.
