belt weigher consists of three main parts:weighing bridge,speed sensor and totalizer.Weighing bridge which is equipped with load sensor,installed in the stringer of the conveyor,weighing idler bearing supported by weighing bridge,and the weight of materials on the testing belt,resulting in a proportional belt out any electrical output signal.Speed sensor directly link on the driven roller or large diameter rollers,providing a series of pulses,each pulse represents a unit of belt movement,the pulse frequency is proportional to the belt speed,totalizer receives output signal from the load sensor and speed sensor,electronically let the belt movement and the belt load multiplies and further process the total weight of material through the conveyor,then convert it into the selected engineering units,through the calculation of the time,generate an instantaneous flow value.Cumulative total and instantaneous flow are displayed on the monitor.
