Installing and using belt weigher correctly can ensure the accuracy and service life of it.

1. The impact of the unloader on the belt weigher

To install belt scales anywhere,weighing accuracy is always important,and therefore it is not allowed to install belt scale with a mobile unloader mounted on the belt conveyor,if the scale must be installed with the unloader belt conveyor,its conditions substantially the same as convex curve conveyor,the minimum distance is based on the requirements,it should also be noted that various configurations forms of unloaders,the belt should be able to ensure to operate in the center of the weighing.

2. Requires a single blanking point

In the high-precision weighing device,the belt conveyor should have only one blanking point and it is at the same point,thus ensures to keep the belt tension constant in the whole process of blanking.

3. How to install belt weigher when conveyor segment with concave curve

The tangent point of conveyor (to rise) concave curve must be at least 12 meters away from the scales.If  the scales with a concave curve segments mounted on the conveyor belt and can not meet the above size limits,then the scales should be installed in the straight section and throughout the loading area,the before and after of the scale should at least each have eight groups of idlers to contact with the belt rollers,belt weigher shall feed point and the concave curve segment,the segment should never be in a concave curve between the head drum.

4. The installation location of belt weigher

When installing belt weigher,it must be taken on the position where the conveyor tension and tension variation is minimum.For this reason,the belt weigh scale should be mounted close to the end of the conveyor, but there should be a sufficient distance to prevent conduction material impact tailgate.

5. Avoid conveyor convex curve segments when installing

In the straight section of the conveyor with weighing device with a convex curve segment over a conveyor preferable.It is not recommended to install convex curve segment between loading points and scales, conveyor segment convex domain license roller weighing more than six meters outside the distance between rollers or five places .
