The external factors that influence the running of belt scale is many,so checking and troubleshooting the failure of belt scale is much more complex relative to other scales,which requires the people who manipulate and maintain to learn actively,to understand the relevant knowledge,ground observation,ground yourself,more analysis,more thinking,more summary,more progress,strengthen governance,in order to progress effectively and ensure the operation accuracy of the belt scale .

(1) Because the materials that the belt delivered is rather loose,in the influence of the factors that the belt deviated or the materials overfilled,the materials often fall down,stuck in the scale aircraft and transport rack side seam position,change the normal mechanical relationships and affect the weighing accuracy .

 

(2) In the running of the belt,the belt should have a good anti-deviation devices,and ensure quick and reliable;when using,the operation flow is preferably controlled within 20% of the calibration flow rate,the magnitude of the maximum flow rate should not exceed 120% Qmax,so it would not only help to improve the accuracy of the belt scale,but also extend the using life of equipment.

(3) Replace the damaged idlers timely.Belt conveyors are generally produced in a continuous belt,they are rarely intermittent or outage under normal circumstances,roller most easily wear,maintenance personnel should always check the load and the region idlers,once damaged should be replaced or repaired.
