1、when using drag-fed,under the requirements of the material feed nozzle height adjustable while the maximum height should be adjusted to meet the requirements of the accumulation of material flow.Meanwhile discharge nozzle should be made of the material surface slope along the material flow direction in order to exclude the shape of bulk materials.

2、when using disc feeder mode,the discharge portion of the disc should be installed by the feeder by feeder discharge nozzle and installation should be equal to the drag-style cutting nozzle requirements.

3、the upper end of the feed inlet hopper of the material should be set grid or raster,its diameter is not greater than the unit material discharge nozzle feeding equipment minimum working under minimum flow discharge height,to avoid blocking material cutting nozzle block.

4、when the device is operating ambient temperature and tap long time,if the moisture content of the material is sufficient to freeze into a block of material,heating measures should be adopted to take on the silo.
