The Expressive Meaning Of The Weighing Length Of Belt Weigher
author:admin    Released:2013-12-03 16:34:17

The physical meaning of weighing length (L) is:when the materials go through the belt weigher, weighing produce the equivalent effect on the length of that period. When the area of the material corresponds to the length of the segment, which the weight is all passed to the weighing sensor(and pivot);when the materials are outside the region of the length, the weighing sensor (and pivot) unaffected the gravity effect of the materials.

For type carrier conveyor belt scales, the full weight of the material in the belt go through the power transmission sector passed to the weighing sensor(and pivot),thus the weighing length is equal to its center distance betwhead and tail wheel.

For desktop carrier belt weigher, materials in the process from entering the end of the weighing idler roller until leaving the front of the weighing idler roller, the weighing sensor will suffer the weight of the materials;even before the end of the two scales after each roller 3 beating and belt tension roller 5 will change the pitch within the impact sensor,so this section is called a weighing domain. But the material is not in any position within the weighing domain transmitted its weight fully to the sensor, when the material did not arrive until the first one is called idler or idler leaving after the last one said,by the weight of the material and said idler scales end roller to bear, and the scale of the force by the end of the roller is not transmitted to the sensor (and pivot).Weighing length and weighing domain is not the same concept, but refers to the material in the length of the belt weigher passed the weigh fully to the sensor,so it is also called the equivalent weighing section.
