1、After the sensor is mounted on the body of belt scale,forbid welding work to the body of belt scale,avoid damaging the sensor in the process of welding,in exceptional circumstances,you should disconnect the power,and then lead the ground wire to the body of belt scale,do not let the current loop through the sensor;

2、The belt scale idler is touched with conveyor belt,in order to reduce the damage of belt scale which is cause by friction,it is need to ensure the flexibility,runout degree of weighing idler,which all will affect the measurement accuracy of belt scale,under generally circumstances,the belt scale idler should be lubricated 1-2 times every year,after the lubrication,it may change the tare and calibration section,so it needs to re- calibrate the zero point of the belt scale.
