Frequently used devices will always appear some failures during using,such as:dynamic measurement equipment belt weigher,bulk transport of materials are solid materials,24 hours a day non-stop operation,and will fail inevitably during using.There are some of summed up common faults,we summarize some solutions for these common faults:

1、The measurement error of belt scale is large; Solution:Check the scale body is firmly installed,correcting rollers and weighing bridge from the right length,instantaneous flow to normal,and so on;

2、Occur the zero high failure;Solution:It needs to clean and maintain regularly and zero;

3、The instantaneous flow fluctuations;Solution:The conveyor belt is aligned with the centerline of idlers;

4、There are loads without  cumulative values;Solution:Clean the dust of material box on the body of belt weigher and keep it clean;

5、The output values fluctuate frequently;Solution:Need a belt is aligned with the center line of the roller,replace the rotor gear,and then re-calibration;

6、The repeatability is bad when calibrating;Solution:If the speed signal of belt weigher is normal,then the weighing signal is unstable,check whether weighing sensor terminal contact of belt weigher is good.
