As metering device,belt weigh scale is installed in the below the belt conveyor,when the materials go through the belt conveyor,metering roller detects the weight of the materials on the belt through the leverage on the weighing sensor,to produce a voltage signal which is proportional at the belt load,speed sensor is directly connected to the large-diameter drum speed,and provides a series of pulses,each pulse represents a unit of belt movement,the frequency of pulse is proportional to the speed of belt;the weighing instruments of belt weigh scale receive signals from the weighing sensor and the speed sensor,then derive instantaneous flow value and accumulated weight value by the integral operation,and show them respectively.

The above is a brief introduction to the working principle of belt weigh scale,then briefly analyzed from two aspects,one is the environment,the other is from the own requirements of the device;then what are the requirements of belt weigh scale for the environment:

2、 Belt weigh scale should be far away from the places,such as vibration source、corrosive gases、strong magnetic field and large electrical equipment interference;

1、Belt weigh scale should be sure that horizontal and vertical are in the same level when installing;
2、Belt weigh scale should be sure of not occuring any relationship with the main belt;
3、Belt weigh scale should be used with separate mounting bracket or platform when installing,and mounting bracket or platform must be stable and level;
4、When using turbine worm reducer,when installing it requires the horizontal installation,and at the upper end,then measures the installation requirements of belt weigh scale ;
5、The motor must be installed on the same platform with the main of belt weigh scale,prohibited using an independent non-drive motor mounting bracket should be installed to ensure that the drive motor and belt weigh scale to maintain a good driving roller shaft concentricity.
