It is the primary to keep belt scale clean,because it would be fatal that some impurities or dust go into belt scale once through the air inlet.Most parts of belt scale are very precise,if there are impurities into them,they will occur friction,even damaged,or stuck the operating belt scales,all these are likely to occur.So it nust keep the surface of belt scale clean,and clean the workplace after using.


So maintenance and cleaning methods are as follows :

1、check the weighing sensor of belt scale regularly;
2、lubricate the roller regularly;
3、do a calibration work after the overhaul,and re-check the zero;
4、clean up the scattered materials on the belt scale after the shutdown every day,keep the equipment clean;
5、inspect whether all parts is solid regularly;
6、keep the inside of the instrument clean;
7、disconnect the power supply after the shutdown.


In addition to,in the absence of professional and technical personnel at the present circumstances,prohibit disassembling the equipment,and avoid affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
