Belt scale is continuous measurement systems that do accurate measurement of bulk materials in a conveyor belt,the device components of belt scale determine its accuracy,the following methods can be for improving the accuracy of belt scale.

1、weighing sensor
Select good linear weighing sensor,and plus pre-let pressure to make sensor operate in the linear region.

2、speed sensor
Select no edge effect speed sensor,photoelectric sensor is better,and it can prevent interference.

3、scale aircraft
Select the scale aircraft of belt scale that is with long segment length,stability,power transfer into a linear,it need be in level as far as possible during the installation,and it also need clean regularly when using,so avoid dust affecting the change of tare weight.

4、roller
Try to use flexible rotation and beating small roller,every roller group is as even as possible .

5、belt
The thickness and width of the belt try to be as even as possible,and try not to use metal connector joints,to reduce the change of tare weight.

6、signal line
The signal line of weighing sensor and speed sensor for belt scale should use shielded cables to reduce interference.

7、the second instrument
The instrument of belt scale should choose LED instrument or glow tube instrument,because the brightness of LCD is not good and there will be problems in working when the temperature is too low.
