1、The conveyor belt of belt weigh scale in the course of transport and storage,should be kept clean to avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow soaked,and prevent to be touched contact acids,alkalis,oils,organic solvents and other substances,and one meter away from heating devices.

2、When storing the temperature of warehouse should be maintained between -18-40 degrees Celsius, relative humidity should be maintained between 50-80%.
3、During storage,the product must be placed into a roll not folded,and be turned once each quarterduring during placement.
4、Different types and specifications layers of conveyor belt should not be connected together to use,it is best to use the joint bonding method.
5、The type,structure,size,number of layers of conveyor belt should choose reasonably based on conditions of use.
6、The running speed of conveyor belt is generally not more than 2.5 m/s,large blocks,abrasive materials and the use of a large fixed pear-shaped discharge device should use low-speed.
7、The relationship between drive roller diameter and fabric layer of conveyor belt,transmission roller, idler pulley,and drag the roll groove angle of the requirements should be based on the provisions of conveyor design,reasonable selection.

8、Feeding direction should be along the direction of the tape,in order to reduce the impact on the whereabouts of the tape,it should use the chute,reduce the falling distance of the materials;tape feed section should be shortened by dragging roller spacing and the use of buffer drag roller,to prevent leakage materials,with side should adopt a soft moderate blocking plate to avoid blocking plate mark,scratch the surface of conveyor belt.

Conveyor belts when using should note the following;
1、Avoid the dragged roll being covered with materials,resulting in ineffective rotation to prevent leakage of materials between the roller and the tape card,pay attention to the activities lubricated parts,but not oil conveyor belt;
2、Avoid starting with a load;
3、If tape deviation occurs,corrective measures should be taken timely;
4、If finding the tape local damage,it should be repaired timely to avoid expanding;
5、Avoid suffering the tape rack,support or block strong materials to prevent tearing.
