There is large errors of belt scale in the measurement process,and directly affects the outcome of the measurement.So what to do to solve this problem.

First of all,let's know about the reasons why the measurement of belt scale is inaccurate:

Belt scale is installed either not correctly or not solidly will affect accuracy,correct the gap between the corrective idler and weighing bridge,if the gap is quite large,it will also affect the calculation.

The error of auto-zeroing is large,and some belt scales have large errors in the process of auto-zeroing,or can not be adjusted directly to zero,will lead to the inaccuracy of the measurement.

So how to solve the problem that the error of belt scale is large?

1、check whether belt scale is installed according to the requirements or is installed not strongly,all these will affect the measurement of belt scale is inaccurate,because in the process of calculation through the instrument,the fibrillation will affect the output of weighing sensor of belt scale,resulting in the inaccurate of the measurement;at this moment we need to detect the installation of belt scale,and whether the weighing sensor is working properly.

3、Measure whether the ground resistance is 30 ohms,if not,then the ground connection of belt scale is bad,the output of belt scale sensor will be weak, it will lead to the pointer deviation from the upright belt scale.If it need to assure the measurement accuracy of belt scale,we need to keep the ground signal normal.
