The factors that affect the accuracy of the sensors of belt weigher are so many, for example elastic original structure way, metallic structure of the original way in itself elastic inhomogeneity, the heat treatment process, the strain gauge performance and adhesive technology, especially the temperature changes and load changes resulting factors, therefore,in the high-precision belt weigher,in addition to the factors mentioned above,we must also consider the issue of the compensation of the bridge, after the stable and linear compensation, the zero drift of the sensor can be reduced to improve the stability and accuracy, the following introduce some compensation methods:
First,the initial imbalanced compensation
In the strain gauge bridge circuit only when R1R3 = R2R4 the bridge will be balanced, however,in the choice of the strain gauge, and even use the most accurate instruments to measure, the resistance also will have a certain degree of error, there is a certain amount of resistance will be scattered,Therefore,it is necessary to take measures to compensate for the elimination of the initial imbalanced output. There are serial and parallel methods.
Second,the temperature compensation.
Because the sensor of belt weigher is repeated and long-term use,and often bear the forces of tension and compression deformation,as the temperature changes, the bridge will have an output,so it is necessary to deal with temperature compensation. The compensative method is to connect the bridge circuit in series with a high temperature coefficient of resistance.
In short, the sensor compensation has a very important impact on improving the sensor accuracy of belt weigher.
