1、It needs to check the fit of the driving sprocket and chain of belt scale half a month or a month,make timely adjustments,and add the oil to the chain to reduce friction;
2、Test whether the belt of high precision belt scale is stretched regularly every month,and make adjustment timely;
the monthly periodic testing of high-precision electronic belt belt , and make timely adjustments to the work ;
3、Staff at the scene should discover and solve the fault of field conveyor belt in time,to ensure the normal operation of the belt;
4、To ensure whether there are materials inside around the belt of belt scale,it should ensure to keep the belt clean and reduce friction;
5、Start and stop the belt of belt scale should be under no-load conditions;
