一、The secondary instrument will convert frequency signal linearly output by speed sensor into DC signal,we can assume that it palys a role as current signal converter.

二、The secondary instrument will make the voltage signal output by speed sensor amplified and converted into current output linearly.And at this time the current value in the instantaneous table indicates the the instantaneous output of the materials on the belt.

三、The secondary instrument will convert the current value in the instantaneous table into pulse count linearly.But this pulse signal goes through the operation and the control circuit,drive the electromagnetic counter,the counter displays the amount of materials output.

四、The secondary instrument of belt scale will show the zero status when belt scale is unloaded,we can tune belt scale dynamic zero according to these.
