2、Conveying capacity of belt conveyor is lower than rated capacity of belt scale。

3、It can not use the metal clips in belt joints,it also should be flat and smooth.If finding that there is damaged or aging of the belt,it should repair or replace the new belt timely.

4、Operation management person should master the standard and specification of belt scale,establish and enforce the operating system strictly,analyze and eliminate the fault timely.

5、Often remove dust on control display to prevent electrostatic from damaging components;clean scale frame timely,to prevent scale aircraft from moisture,dust,moisture and corrosion caused to increase the roller friction force and impact the belt tension,which changes the measurement accuracy .
