Often calibrate the zero and span of belt scale,it is the main method to keep the comprehensive performance index of belt scale.But the change of zero is associated with the belt conveyor system,the main reasons are:
( 1 ) dust and materials accumulate on the weighing bridge;
( 2 ) bulk materials card in the weighing bridge;
( 3 ) materials stick on the conveyor belt;
( 4 ) the conveyor belt is not uneven,and the belt bonding uses metal clips;
( 5 ) the performance between the belt and the roller stick changes,to check the level and the collimation of scale aircraft;
( 6 ) the belt tension changes and should be adjusted;
( 7 ) electronic measurement element breaks down, such as the sensors overload seriously,zero drift and so on.
