In the course of using,the maintenance of any device needs to be done well,it not only can improve the efficiency of the equipment,but also can extend the service life of the equipment.It should note the following points in the daily use of belt weigher:

一、 the influence of vibration
For belt weigher which the largest weighing is 15kg、dividing the value is 5 grams,vibration and wind had little effect on the weighing accuracy.While loader scale which the largest weighing is 200 grams、dividing the value is 0.1 grams,vibration and wind will make display digital beat.

二、avoid collision
Despite taking the collision limiting measures in the structural design of the sensor and loader,but too large collision will damage the sensor before the limiting measures work,and make the electric parameters change,then affect the measurement accuracy of loader scale.

三、the effect of environment
National standards for grade Ⅲ requires to ensure  the accuracy of indicators within 0 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ ambient temperature,if the ambient temperature exceeds this range,weighing accuracy may be affected.

四、appropriate weighing
The accuracy of loader scale which the largest weighing is 3kg、dividing the value is 1 gram is 1/3000.If using it to weigh the goods of 2kg,its measurement accuracy is 1/2000,if using it to weigh the goods of 100g,its measurement accuracy is only 1/100.
