1、When using two or more sensors to measure,it must satisfy that all measurement sensor set point in the same plane,and at the same time this plane is parallel with the scale body conveying plane.

2、After installing the sensor,it should properly keep its certificate.

3、The sensor should be installed with high strength bolts and installed securely without peristalsis.

4、To meet the other requirements for environment in sensor technical indicators.

5、When using two sensors,the bearing point of the two sensors should be at the same level,the cabling should be parallel with the roller axis.

6、When the measuring sensor is radial bearing type,it should ensure that the vertical axis and the horizontal of the sensor are in vertical state after installation and in use,and at the same time only bear the vertical load of measuring belt scale.

7、When using a single sensor to measure with suspension,it requires the sensor is in the center line of the scale body and mounted vertically.

8、When the sensor for the measurement is the shear bearing type,it should ensure that the bearing surface and the horizontal plane of the sensor are parallel without tilt phenomenon after installation and in use,and at the same time only bear the vertical load of measuring belt scale.
