Do regular physical calibration:one of the keys to ensure the dynamic measurement accuracy of belt weigher system is calibration.The purpose is to make the maximum match between the cumulative value and the actual value of the instrument,and the error can not exceed the specified index.There are several methods to calibrate,such as dynamic hanging code method,chain code calibration method and physical calibration method.Practice has proved that the calibration error is minimized and the easiest way is to operate is the physical calibration,physical calibration is a method of measurement accuracy that do actual weighing on transported materials,and use the checking device to calibrate belt weigher.
The calibration cycle is generally 1 to 2 months.It must pay attention to the following situations before calibrating,in order to ensure the accuracy of the calibration.
1、Whether the instrument switch is in the normal position,whether the meter indication is normal;
2、Whether the power supply voltage is too high or too low;
3、If each switch position is normal but occurs abnormality,it should be shut down for troubleshooting;
4、If the above conditions are normal,the counter should jump the word,and the speed is normal;
5、Whether belt weigher has the deviation and fracture phenomenon,whether the roller is stained with materials,whether the sensor has displacement and is buried in the materials,etc.
